For a written estimate on our picnic shelters, just phone us. We can e-mail or fax you an estimate in writing. Due to changes in the price of materials and oil, our estimates as good for 30 days and prices on our website may change without notice. If more than 30 days have gone by, just phone us to see if your estimate is still valid (it may well be).
Shipping Policy for Picnic Shelters
Our shelters are large, heavy objects composed of many large parts. They ship via motor freight. We strongly recommend that customers arrange to receive delivery at a loading dock and/or use machinery that can safely unload large parts from a truck. Experience in unloading cargo of this type is highly recommended.
For your information, our offices observe most religious holidays and all national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday.
Policy for Returns
If you are not satisfied with your picnic shelter, please contact us toll free to discuss the situation. We make all efforts to make sure that our customers receive the item they ordered, double-checking the preferences for design, color, and more using a separate Picnic Shelter Confirmation Sheet. Our company will only grant discounts and/or refunds in the event of company error.
